• We are looking for individuals who can drive sales targets, manage distribution, and lead sales teams to achieve market growth.
• Responsibilities Achieve Primary & Secondary Sales targets Handle distributors and ensure retail coverage Manage & supervise 3-5 Salesmen / Sales Representatives Execute schemes, promotions & merchandising activities Monitor distributor stock and claims Ensure product visibility & shelf presence Track competitor activities Drive new product launches Identify new distributors and expand market coverage Conduct market visits as per PJP / Beat Plan Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in FMCG Sales / GT Sales / Distribution Management Regular Graduation (Distance / Correspondence Graduation not accepted)

Requirements

• Practical experience with Go, RAG.
• Experience level: 3+ yrs.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working on-site in online.
