• Job Summary: We are looking for a Collection Executive to manage pending fee payments, follow up with students/parents/institutions, resolve payment-related queries, and achieve monthly collection targets while maintaining positive customer relationships.
• Responsibilities of the Candidate: Follow up with students, parents, and institutions regarding pending payments.
• Ensure timely fee collection as per company targets and policies.
• Handle payment, invoice, and receipt-related queries.
• Maintain accurate follow-up and payment records in CRM/Excel.
• Manage high call volumes with professional and customer-friendly communication.
• Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain updated databases and follow-up records.

Requirements

• Practical experience with Go.
• Experience level: 1-3 yrs.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working on-site in online.
