- About the Role: We are seeking a Business Analyst with strong domain expertise in Health Insurance, specifically in Policy Issuance and Claims Processing.
- The candidate will play a key role in gathering requirements, translating business needs into functional specifications, and supporting implementation across stakeholders.
- Responsibilities of the Candidate: Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements Prepare BRD, FRD, SRS, and use case documents Work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and technical teams Drive discussions related to policy issuance and claims workflows Support UAT planning, execution, and defect tracking Ensure alignment of requirements with business objectives and product capabilities Participate in client discussions, demos, and solution walkthroughs Review test cases to ensure alignment with business requirements and scenarios Requirements: Strong understanding of Policy Issuance in Health Insurance (LOB) Strong understanding of Claims Processing in Health Insurance (LOB) Excellent Business Analyst (BA) skills including requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management Good understanding of API Integration from functional point of view Good analytical and problem-solving abilities Strong communication and articulation skills Preferred Qualifications: Medical Doctor, preferred but not mandatory Prior experience working with TPA / Insurance platforms Exposure to end-to-end health insurance lifecycle Good to Have: Experience in product configuration and provider management Familiarity with regulatory guidelines (IRDAI, etc.) Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
Requirements
- Practical experience with Go, iOS.
- Relevant academic or project background for a Business Analyst - Health Insurance role.
- Strong written and verbal communication in English.
- Comfortable working on-site in online.
