• Together with our Market Research team, you will conduct studies on customer satisfaction, brand perception, and product usability.
• You will have the opportunity to familiarize yourself with various areas and, as an integral part of the team, take on independent tasks and sub-projects.
• Tasks Support in planning and conducting qualitative studies.
• Independent questionnaire programming.
• Conducting data analysis and target-group-oriented preparation of results.

Requirements

• Practical experience with Customer Service / Customer Management.
• Relevant academic or project background for a Working Student (f/m/d) Market Research role.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working on-site in Hinterm Hauptbahnhof 3-5, 76137 Karlsruhe.
