• Responsibilities Handle day-to-day export operations and coordinate with customers, logistics partners, and internal teams.
• Prepare and provide quotations and commercial offers to international customers.
• Communicate with customers through email, phone, and other business communication channels.
• Conduct email marketing activities to generate new international business leads.
• Identify and follow up with potential customers in overseas markets.
• Maintain customer databases, enquiries, quotations, and follow-up records.
• Coordinate export orders from enquiry through shipment and documentation.

Requirements

• Practical experience with Go.
• Experience level: 1-2 yrs.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working on-site in online.
