- What you will be doing Ensuring weekly progress toward quarterly goals.
- Testing new releases hands-on, verifying behaviour, tracking issues, and scheduling fixes.
- Monitoring product metrics and system health, flagging issues early.
- Using our internal automation tools to understand real user workflows.
- Stepping in quickly when issues surface to help coordinate a resolution.
- Taking ownership of smaller product areas as you grow.
Requirements
- Practical experience with MarTech & Automation.
- Relevant academic or project background for a Product Manager, MarTech role.
- Strong written and verbal communication in English.
- Comfortable working on-site in Berlin.
