• Follow up on pending tasks to ensure their prompt resolution.
• Maintain accurate Management Information Systems (MIS) and comprehensive documentation.
• Monitor compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all functions.
• Provide daily status updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Support cross-functional coordination efforts to enhance departmental synergy.

Requirements

• Practical experience with Problem solving, Collaboration, Communication.
• Relevant academic or project background for a Process Coordinator role.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working on-site in online.
