What you'll do

• leadzen.ai is hiring for Sales Development Representative- Domestic Lead Generation!
• About the Company: Leadzen.ai is an AI SDR company that helps sales teams focus on closing deals by handling outreach and booking meetings through our AI-powered CRM system.
• We deliver confirmed meetings without the hassle of manual prospecting, making outbound sales more efficient and predictable.
• Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospects, qualify leads & set up meetings with the client.
• Convert Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
• Generating and nurturing leads to building a strong sales pipeline.
• Update and maintain CRM records.
• Requirements: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in SDR/Inside Sales/Lead Generation roles.
• Fluency in Hindi & English (spoken).
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.

Requirements

• Practical experience with Communication, Campaigns, Analytics.
• Experience level: 1-3 yrs.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working on-site in online.
