• Today, our team is distributed across North America and Europe, and we’re continuing to grow internationally.
• What unites us is relentless focus, fast execution, and a deep care for software craftsmanship.
• Over the last year we’ve made a lot of progress producing quality content and messaging, and we’re now looking for someone to help us distribute it to the right audiences.

Requirements

• 5+ years in growth or demand generation at a B2B SaaS company, with hands-on experience across web, paid media, and ABM, and real time spent generating pipeline for an enterprise sales team
• You can direct creative and identify when something feels off
• Strong instincts around Linear’s core audience (product and engineering teams), and you can speak their language
• Disciplined with capital (anyone can throw dollars at problems), but you know when to double down
• Fluent in measurement without being captive to it.
• You can build the reporting and argue the pipeline math, and still defend spend a dashboard will never really explain
• Deep fluency with AI tooling.
• You default to automation and use it to do work that would otherwise take a team
