What you'll do

• You’ll take ideas from concept to execution, streamlining our tech stack, introducing automation and AI where it meaningfully improves outcomes, and building scalable workflows that help our customer-facing teams focus on high-impact work.
• Location & work mode Linear is a remote-first company, with optional co-working offices in San Francisco, New York, and London.
• This role is open to candidates based in North America (east coast) or London.
• We value deep focus and async collaboration, with intentional moments to connect in person through team off-sites, optional co-working, and occasional travel.
• Increase the productivity of our Customer-facing teams through automation, AI, and process improvement
• Execute and find ways to scale our PLG → PLS motions
• Ideate new ways to go to market
• Help the business make data-informed decisions through analysis and discussion

Requirements

• 5 weeks paid vacation, plus local statutory holidays
