What you'll do

• You’ll work alongside our sales and customer success teams to build and manage developer onboarding, own our customer-facing documentation, and build out new features for our customers.
• You’ll also shape the direction of the team: manage how the team grows and set the standards for your teammates at Neon.
• You have 5+ years of experience in partner engineering or a similar customer-facing engineering role.
• You have experience writing and maintaining API documentation for complex technical products.
• You have experience with, and are willing to flex into, full-stack product development to manage specific customer requests.
• You are highly productive, able to take ownership of key initiatives and deliver results.
• You have experience leading teams or projects and enjoy helping others level up their skills.
• You’re located or willing to work from Seoul, South Korea.

Requirements

• Practical experience with Go.
• Experience level: 5+ yrs.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working on-site in Asia | South Korea.
