What you'll do

• Roles: Pipeline Development: Design, build, and maintain automated ETL workflows and robust data pipelines.
• Software Engineering: Write clean, scalable code (Python, Java) to automate infrastructure, monitoring, and testing.
• Data Analysis & Modeling: Clean, transform, and analyze complex datasets to pull actionable business insights.
• Dashboarding & Visualization: Build rich BI dashboards and metrics tracking using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Optimization & Reliability: Monitor production data systems, tune SQL/database performance, and establish reliability tracking Responsibilities: Collect, organize, and maintain business data Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports Create Sales and Revenue dashboards using Advanced Excel Track KPIs and performance metrics Identify trends and highlight improvement areas Ensure data accuracy and consistency Requirements: Programming: Strong proficiency in Python or Java, plus advanced SQL.
• Data Tools & Platforms: Experience with BigQuery, AWS (Redshift, Athena), or Snowflake.
• BI & Reporting: Expertise in Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization platforms.
• Core Engineering: Version control (Git) and CI/CD pipeline familiarity.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Statistics, or a quantitative field

Requirements

• Practical experience with Python, Java, AWS, Scala.
• Relevant academic or project background for a Software Development Engineer role.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working on-site in online.
