What you'll do

• Roles & Responsibilities: Qualify leads by understanding customer needs and requirements.
• Understand clients' needs and objectives, and proactively identify opportunities to up-sell or cross-sell products or services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of new accounts and effective resolution of issues or concerns.
• Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects.
• Sell products by establishing contact, developing relationships with prospects, and recommending suitable solutions.
• Conduct outbound calling using data collected through lead generation activities and secondary data sources.
• Follow up daily on existing leads and work on new leads.
• Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer insights.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
• Requirements: Any Undergraduate (UG) or Postgraduate (PG) degree preferred.

Requirements

• Practical experience with Go.
• Relevant academic or project background for a Inside Sales Executive role.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working on-site in online.
