What you'll do

• About the Company Offer Studios Private Limited is seeking an Operations Executive to manage day-to-day merchant operations, offer creation, merchant onboarding, and partner support.
• We are a fast-paced fintech environment, and the ideal candidate should be detail-oriented and proactive.
• Responsibilities Create, configure, and manage offers across merchants, brands, banks, and payment partners.
• Onboard new merchants and ensure all required information and documentation is completed.
• Coordinate with merchants and internal teams for offer launches, changes, and troubleshooting.
• Respond to merchant queries and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
• Monitor live offers and transactions to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate operational records, reports, and MIS.
• Coordinate with technology, sales, and business teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Support merchant training and explain the TOSS platform and offer processes.

Requirements

• Practical experience with Go, iOS.
• Experience level: 2+ yrs.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working on-site in online.
