What you'll do

• In this role, you will assist merchants with onboarding, guide them through our payment and EMI services, and resolve their queries over the phone.
• This is a full-time, office-based position with an attractive incentive structure that allows you to earn beyond your fixed salary based on performance.
• Key Responsibilities: Contact new merchants and guide them through the onboarding process.
• Explain the TOSS payment and EMI offerings clearly and accurately.
• Address merchant queries in a professional and helpful manner.
• Resolve issues on call or escalate them to the relevant team when required.
• Follow up with merchants to ensure timely resolution of their concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions.
• Eligibility Criteria: Graduate in any discipline.

Requirements

• Practical experience with Scala.
• Relevant academic or project background for a Telecaller Executive - Merchant Support role.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working on-site in online.
