• Responsibilities of the Candidate: Run end-to-end cold outreach campaigns on LinkedIn to generate qualified leads.
• Own the full sales cycle - from first touchpoint to closing the client.
• Build and manage targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Personalise outreach messaging to improve response and conversion rates.
• Follow up consistently and move prospects through the pipeline to closure.
• Track outreach metrics (response rate, meetings booked, conversions) and optimise campaigns accordingly.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and deal status.
• Requirements: 3-5 years of experience in LinkedIn-based lead generation and cold outreach.
• Proven expertise in end-to-end closing - not just lead generation, but converting leads into clients.

Requirements

• Practical experience with Go.
• Experience level: 3-5 yrs.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working on-site in online.
