What you'll do

• Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective students and parents.
• Understand students' educational background, career goals, interests, and requirements.
• Provide detailed information about courses, curriculum, duration, fees, certifications, internships, placements, and career opportunities.
• Counsel students and recommend suitable courses based on their career goals.
• Convert qualified leads into admissions and achieve monthly admission targets.
• Follow up regularly with interested and pending leads through calls and WhatsApp.
• Maintain and update lead information in the CRM or relevant tracking system.
• Schedule counselling sessions, campus visits, demos, and other student interactions.
• Handle student and parent queries professionally and provide accurate information.
• Build strong relationships with prospective students throughout the admission process.

Requirements

• Practical experience with Go.
• Relevant academic or project background for a Admission Counsellor role.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working on-site in online.
