What you'll do

• Roles: Desktop Installation and Troubleshooting Network Troubleshooting Responsibilities: Diagnosing Desktop Lifecycle Management : Unbox, image, and deploy customized laptops or desktops to new company employees.
• Defect Diagnostics : Run POST (Power-On Self-Test) routines to pinpoint faulty RAM or failing motherboard chipsets.
• Inventory Control : Document serial numbers, MAC addresses, and warranty statuses in the company asset tracker.
• Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a highly related STEM field.
• 1+ years experience working directly with hardware architecture.

Requirements

• Practical experience with CAD, Design analysis, Documentation.
• Experience level: 1+ yrs.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working on-site in online.
