Overview

ABOUT RAMP Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $200B in annualized spend flows in and out of 70,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books. The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.

What you'll do

  • We grew immensely last year and are building out a talented business systems team to ensure we maintain this trajectory for years to come.
  • You’ll work directly with our Sales, Account Management, Partnerships, and Product teams to execute mission-critical business systems projects across the organization.
  • This is a key role where you will be uniquely positioned to impact the full picture of Ramp’s growth efforts through systems development.
  • Own a GTM systems domain end to end: its roadmap, the architecture decisions inside it and its operational health
  • Build and deploy Salesforce automation end to end: record-triggered and screen flows, validation rules, custom objects and fields, permission sets and approvals

Requirements

  • Prioritize incoming requests against ROI.
  • Make the call on what gets built, what gets deferred, and what gets declined, and show the numbers behind it
  • Own the integrations across the stack, including lead routing, sequence enrollment, meeting booking, enrichment and partner attribution, spanning Salesforce, HubSpot, LeanData, Outreach, Gong, Chili Piper, ZoomInfo and Workato
  • Own the dashboards and data models your domain runs on.
  • Translate business questions into reporting that is accurate, documented and actually used to make decisions
  • Drive cross-functional alignment on scope, sequencing, and tradeoffs and carry it through to closure without a manager in the room
  • Use AI to move faster on flow logic, test cases, documentation and impact analysis and define the guardrails for how the team uses it with GTM data WHAT YOU'LL NEED
  • 5+ years in business systems at a fast-paced company
