ABOUT RAMP Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $200B in annualized spend flows in and out of 70,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books. The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.

What you'll do

• We're hiring a recruiter to help shape the team that will be responsible for it.
• You'll partner with design leadership to hire across Product Design, Design Engineering, and Brand Design.
• You'll lead searches from inception to close, helping teams identify, assess, and hire exceptional designers.
• The best designers are rarely on the market.
• A big part of the job is fostering relationships before someone starts their job search: through events, referrals, and ongoing engagement with the design community.
• You'll help Ramp stay connected to talent and cultivate the networks that drive future hiring.
• Own full-cycle recruiting across Product Design, Design Engineering, and Brand Design
• Partner with design leadership to define hiring needs, align on candidate profiles, and calibrate talent across a range of design disciplines

Requirements

• Practical experience with Go, Rust, RAG.
• Experience level: 5+ yrs.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working on-site in New York, NY (HQ).
