What you'll do

• The candidate will collaborate with multiple business stakeholders to analyze large datasets, generate actionable insights, automate reporting workflows, and support strategic business initiatives.
• The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, have hands-on experience with SQL, Python, dashboards, and modern AI tools, and demonstrate the ability to mentor team members and influence business decisions through data.
• Key Responsibilities: Prepare, maintain, and drive improvements in MIS reports, dashboards, and business performance trackers.
• Analyze large datasets to identify business trends, growth opportunities, operational gaps, and performance insights.
• Develop and optimize advanced SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Build interactive dashboards and visualizations using Power BI/Tableau.
• Use Python for data cleaning, automation, reporting, and analytical workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver scalable analytical solutions.

Requirements

• Support automation initiatives using AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, and other GenAI platforms.
• Assist in creating AI-driven workflows, integrations, plug-ins, and automation use cases.
• Present insights through structured storytelling and executive-level summaries to business stakeholders.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and validation of business-critical reports and dashboards.
• Own end-to-end delivery of key analytics initiatives and provide guidance to junior analysts on best practices.
• Partner with business stakeholders to define KPIs and recommend data-driven improvements to business processes.
