• Responsibilities of the Executive: Engage with prospective candidates through outbound calls, assess their career aspirations, and recommend suitable Job Ready Services Drive enrollments by providing personalized career guidance and consistent follow-ups Identify and connect with colleges, training institutes, placement cells, and industry partners to build strategic collaborations Generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn, emails, cold calling, and networking Foster long-term relationships and support partnership onboarding Manage the complete lead lifecycle by maintaining accurate CRM records and tracking follow-ups and conversions Achieve outreach and enrollment targets while providing regular updates on the lead pipeline and partnership opportunities Requirements: 1 to 3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, Client Acquisition, Academic Counseling, EdTech Sales, or Recruitment Strong communication and interpersonal skills with excellent convincing and negotiation abilities Confidence in handling telephonic and virtual discussions Relationship-building and consultative selling approach Good organizational and follow-up skills with the ability to work independently in a remote environment Proficiency in English and Hindi is mandatory; knowledge of additional regional languages is an advantage Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is preferred Must have a personal laptop, stable high-speed internet connection, and a dedicated professional workspace

Requirements

• Practical experience with Go, LLM.
• Experience level: 1-3 yrs.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working on-site in online.
