• WHAT THIS ROLE OFFERS As VP Sales (f/m/d), you own the entire sales function including upselling.
• You report to the CEO, sit on the leadership team alongside our co-founders and functional leads, and own the sales number at board level together with the CEO.
• You lead a total sales head count of 13 - 15 people (BDRs, AEs, Team Lead / Head of).
• Your mandate is execution excellence and taking the organization to its next level.
• You lead across two go-to-market priorities: Prio 1 your primary lever: high-touch Enterprise sales to industrial companies Prio 2: a lean, low-touch motion for smaller accounts that you lead commercially The role is office-based in Munich (min.

• Experience level: 10+ yrs.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
