• WHAT THIS ROLE OFFERS As a Strategic People Projects Working Student at remberg, you will support key initiatives across employer branding, talent acquisition, culture activation, and people operations.
• You will work closely with the People team to enhance our employer brand, improve candidate experience, and drive internal engagement.
• THE IMPACT YOU'LL HAVE Culture & Employee Experience: Plan and organize internal events and team formats that reinforce and celebrate remberg's company culture.
• People operations: Assist with HR processes and onboarding, contributing to the efficiency and scalability of our people operations.
• Talent acquisition: Support our hiring process by ensuring smooth, engaging, and professional interactions with candidates.

Requirements

• Practical experience with People.
• Relevant academic or project background for a Working Student - Strategic People Projects (f/m/d) role.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working on-site in Munich Office.
