About the Role We're seeking a Senior Product Manager with exceptional product sense to drive the user experience vision for tools at Replit.

What you'll do

• You'll focus on understanding developer and non-developer needs, designing intuitive AI interactions, and creating delightful experiences that that make coding accessible to everyone.
• Define and execute the user experience vision for AI-driven software creation
• Conduct deep user research to understand developer pain points and workflow needs
• Design AI-powered features that feel intuitive and magical to users of all skill levels
• Own user journey optimization from onboarding through advanced AI-assisted development
• Drive product strategy based on user feedback, market research, and competitive analysis
• Partner with design teams to create compelling AI interaction patterns and interfaces Who You Are:

Requirements

• Practical experience with RAG.
• Experience level: 5+ yrs.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working on-site in Foster City, CA.
