• ROLE OVERVIEW Replit is looking for an experienced Workplace Experience Manager who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and is passionate about creating exceptional workplace experiences.
• You’ll be the heartbeat of our office operations-managing day-to-day facilities needs, coordinating vendors and landlords, owning events and F&B programs, and leading office planning and moves as we scale.
• This role is both strategic and hands-on.
• You will build processes where there are none, improve those that exist, and ensure our physical workspace reflects the speed, creativity, and ambition of Replit.
