What you'll do

• You will also collaborate with bank sponsors and partner teams to manage regulatory requests and audits!
• Your efforts will directly safeguard our platform and enhance our customer experience.
• This role is based in our Menlo Park, CA; New York City, NY; Washington DC office(s), with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

• What you’ll do Provide compliance guidance on new products, features, and process changes to ensure adherence to applicable banking and consumer lending regulations.
• Review marketing materials, customer communications, and disclosures for regulatory compliance.
• Review and coordinate responses to regulatory agency and escalated customer complaints.

Requirements

• Practical experience with Go, Spark, RAG, Scala.
• Experience level: 5-7 yrs.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working on-site in Menlo Park, CA; New York, NY; Washington, DC.
