What you'll do

  • Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic, customer-focused, and organized Centre Manager / Community Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and member experience at our managed office facility.
  • The ideal candidate will act as the primary ambassador of our brand, ensuring seamless facility functioning, fostering a vibrant professional community, and driving client satisfaction and retention.
  • Key Responsibilities: Facility & Operations Management Oversee daily centre operations, ensuring the workspace, common areas, meeting rooms, and amenities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
  • Coordinate with internal maintenance teams, facility vendors, and third-party service providers to ensure prompt resolution of infrastructure, IT, and maintenance issues.
  • Monitor utility systems, security protocols, and inventory levels (office supplies, pantry items, etc.) to prevent disruptions.
  • Implement and enforce building policies, health and safety standards, and security procedures.
  • Community Engagement & Client Relations Serve as the main point of contact for all client tenants, greeting visitors, onboarding new members, and addressing day-to-day inquiries or concerns.
  • Foster an engaged, professional, and collaborative community by organizing networking events, workshops, and member engagement activities.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with client leadership and teams to understand their evolving workspace needs and ensure high retention rates.
  • Administrative & Financial Coordination Manage day-to-day administrative workflows, including meeting room bookings, visitor logs, and mail/package handling.

Requirements

  • Practical experience with Problem solving, Collaboration, Communication.
  • Relevant academic or project background for a Office Admin Associate role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English.
  • Comfortable working on-site in online.
