• Role Description The Compensation Benefits Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Phnom Penh.
• This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining compensation and benefits programs that support talent attraction, engagement, and retention.
• Day-to-day tasks include conducting job evaluations, reviewing and updating compensation structures, overseeing benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
• The role also involves analyzing market data, preparing reports and recommendations for leadership, coordinating with HR and finance teams on payroll-related matters, and communicating compensation and benefits policies clearly to employees.
• The Compensation Benefits Manager will work closely with business leaders to align reward strategies with organizational goals and support continuous improvement of HR processes.

Requirements

• Practical experience with customer support, finance, exec, senior.
• Relevant academic or project background for a Compensation Benefits Manager role.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working on-site in Phnom Penh,.
