Overview
India's largest banks, insurers, digital natives and government departments are not short of AI pilots. They are short of AI in production. Closing that gap is the hardest problem in enterprise AI, and it is what Deployment Strategists at Sarvam do.
What you'll do
- India's largest banks, insurers, digital natives and government departments are not short of AI pilots.
- They are short of AI in production.
- Closing that gap is the hardest problem in enterprise AI, and it is what Deployment Strategists at Sarvam do.
- You own the arc of a customer engagement, from the first proof of concept through to their systems running live, handling millions of real conversations across Indian languages and delivering the outcomes we signed up to.
- If Sarvam's technology is going to reach a billion people rather than sit in a slide deck, it happens through this team.
- Every large institution is its own environment, with its own core systems, telephony, CRM, compliance perimeter and operational reality.
Requirements
- What matters more than years is whether you have owned an outcome in front of a customer and delivered it.
- You have delivered, not just managed.
- You have owned client-facing delivery where the outcome was yours, whether that is a workstream inside a large programme or the whole programme itself.
- Most likely from consulting, high-quality systems integration, or an enterprise delivery organisation.
- You have carried a date and a number, not just a project plan.
- You are technical enough to be taken seriously.
- You do not need to write production code, but you should be able to argue with an engineer about an integration approach, understand why an evaluation is failing, and reason about latency, reliability and scale without hand-waving.
- You understand agentic AI.
