• About the Job: ScaleupAlly is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Executive, Staff Augmentation to manage and nurture existing client accounts.
• The role focuses on ensuring seamless onboarding of deployed resources, maintaining strong client relationships, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors, and delivering an outstanding customer experience throughout the engagement lifecycle.
• The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills while thriving in a fast-paced IT services environment.
• Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 2-3 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Operations, HR Operations, Recruitment, Staffing, or IT Services.
• Skills: Client Relationship Management Account Management Staff Augmentation Stakeholder Management Resource Onboarding Vendor Coordination Communication Skills Documentation Operations Coordination Duties: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.
• Conduct regular follow-ups to monitor resource performance and client satisfaction.
• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding of deployed resources.
• Work closely with HR, Recruitment, Finance, and Technical teams for smooth onboarding.

Requirements

• Practical experience with Go.
• Experience level: 2-3 yrs.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working on-site in online.
