• What you’ll be doing Live where the scene happens: shows, festivals, online spaces, building real relationships with artists, managers and key players worldwide.
• Spot what’s next before everyone else does, and turn potential into global careers.
• Work hand-in-hand with label leadership and marketing to define where the label goes next, creatively and strategically.
• Make deals happen: structure, negotiate and close agreements with confidence and credibility.
• Keep your finger on the pulse, from underground buzz to breakout viral moments.

Requirements

• Practical experience with SME Germany.
• Relevant academic or project background for a Senior A&R Manager (m/w/d) - Century Media Records role.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working remotely with distributed teams.
