• About the team The Operations Excellence team sits within the COO organization and serves as a strategic partner to managers, team leads, and colleagues across Stark.

• Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, you will have the opportunity to influence key decisions, shape core operating processes, and contribute directly to the success of one of Europe’s fastest-growing unicorns.
• Your mission As Automation Engineer, you build and deploy automations that eliminate manual effort across operations and the back-office.
• You work across RPA, LLM-based tooling, and API integrations, and you are as likely to be automating an invoice approval chain as a production line data feed.
• You measure success in hours saved and errors eliminated.

Requirements

• Practical experience with Python, Go, LLM, LangChain.
• Experience level: 3-6 yrs.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working on-site in Munich.
