What you'll do

• This isn't a traditional partnerships role.
• You'll be part operator, part partner manager, owning the systems that keep our partner ecosystem running while managing a book of partners end-to-end.
• You'll inherit a functional operational foundation and be expected to extend it, improve it, and take ownership of the long-tail partner pipeline.
• You're the kind of person who gets handed something, makes it better without being asked, and represents Supabase externally with confidence from day one.
• WHAT YOU'LL DO PARTNER MANAGEMENT
• Run the long-tail partner pipeline autonomously, follow up, qualify, nurture, and keep deals moving
• Manage partners post-onboarding: co-marketing coordination, integration support, adoption tracking, co-sell and account mapping
• Be the primary point of contact for a book of partners, representing Supabase in external conversations

Requirements

• Practical experience with Rust, Postgres, RAG, Figma.
• Experience level: 3-6 yrs.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working remotely with distributed teams.
