Overview

Responsibilities: Prepare daily collection reports and maintain accurate records. Ensure compliance with company policies and collection procedures. Contact customers through calls, emails, and messages regarding outstanding payments. Explain pending dues, payment options, and repayment schedules. Requirements: 12th Pass / Diploma / Any Degree Good communication skills in Tamil, English, Malayalam
