That's where you come in. You take one new European market and build it from the ground up. You research the market, find what resonates, and win the first customers and reference logos that everything else builds on.

What you'll do

• Your Impact Tacto is the category leader for procurement in DACH manufacturing.
• We have strong product-market fit, a proven playbook, and now we're taking it into the rest of Europe.

• You take one new European market and build it from the ground up.
• You research the market, find what resonates, and win the first customers and reference logos that everything else builds on.
• What you learn becomes the blueprint for how Tacto grows the market from there.
• A real greenfield, with the freedom to shape how Tacto wins in your market.
• You're not starting alone.
• A stellar expansion team is your sparring partner, and proven sales assets and a tested approach from DACH are your foundation.
• This is a highly strategic GTM role where you work hands-on to close the first deals and set the base for everything that comes afterwards.

Requirements

• Practical experience with Go-to-Market (GTM).
• Relevant academic or project background for a International Expansion role.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working on-site in Munich.
