What you'll do

• Your Impact Procurement is the single biggest cost position for industrial companies , often 60-70% of revenue.
• Tacto brings AI to strategic procurement so teams can move faster, become more resilient and unlock savings at scale.
• However, winning a customer takes more than a good platform.
• It takes a business case that convinces the C-level (primarily CEO and CFO).
• As our Value Engineer, you own exactly that.
• You quantify what Tacto is worth to a specific customer, prove it with their own data, and present it to the executives who sign.
• As the first Value Engineer in a dedicated segment, you are perfectly positioned to shape this function and maximize its impact.
• It's a hands-on, high-trust role at the center of our deals, ideal for someone who wants to combine procurement expertise, analytical depth, and the C-suite room in one role.
• Your Tasks Make our AI tangible: Tacto's AI runs billions of spend and finds savings customers didn't know existed.
• Your job is to demonstrate that with the customer's own data: make sure our solution fits their needs, they recognize the value, blockers are resolved, and the path to a successful implementation is set.

Requirements

• Practical experience with Go-to-Market (GTM).
• Relevant academic or project background for a Value Engineer role.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working on-site in Munich.
