• The opportunity: Taxfix is going AI-first with full speed - and Finance at Taxfix is leading by example: We are looking for an expert professional who will be leading both the transformation of financial processes and implementation of AI in the Taxfix financial systems infrastructure.
• The focus is on improving our core operational finance processes further through automation and best-in-class practices - and to keep evolving them as AI reshapes what's possible both inside and outside our company and its AI-native platform.
• This role demands subject matter expertise in finance, technology, and leadership across dialogues with senior leaders, product and technology experts, as well as incumbent finance team to ensure both planning and implementing of the financial systems infrastructure roadmap over time while ensuring resilience, compliance, cost effectiveness, and scalability.
• Your impact will be visible across the firm including the most senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• Practical experience with Finance.
• Experience level: 2-3 yrs.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working on-site in Berlin.
