What you'll do

  • In a Nutshell As a Senior Maintenance Engineer (m/f/d), you’ll work in our soon to open Fulfilment Center in Berlin/Brandenburg (Falkensee) with the latest intralogistics systems from top brands like Apollo, Qimarox, and Regal Rexnord.
  • You’ll be responsible for keeping our Material Handling Equipment running at peak performance, solving malfunctions independently, and implementing improvements.
  • Your insight and initiative are valued, and you’ll coach junior colleagues to elevate the team, ensuring tens of thousands of orders reach families on time every day.
  • During your shift, you take full responsibility for the service and maintenance of our systems.
  • The tricks of the trade Troubleshooting malfunctions: You detect and resolve both electrical and mechanical issues in technical systems, working closely with our operational supervisors.
  • Collaboration with suppliers: For complex problems, you work directly with machine suppliers to find solutions.
  • Analysis and improvement: You analyze malfunctions, prevent recurrence, and implement structural improvements.
  • Preventive maintenance: You perform scheduled preventive maintenance to ensure maximum system availability.
  • About you You hold a Ausbildung and/or a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field (e.g., mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, mechatronics, automation, etc.) You have 5+ years of experience in a technical or maintenance role You have hands-on knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, including measurement and camera systems You are interested in working with software tools such as CMMS and/or ICS/SCADA tools You have strong communication skills and enjoy collaborating in a team At the same time, you are independent, take initiative, and solve problems in a goal-oriented way You're fluent in English, German What you can look forward to Smart Commute: Choose the way you move.

Requirements

  • Practical experience with Operations.
  • Experience level: 5+ yrs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English.
  • Comfortable working on-site in Falkensee, Brandenburg.
