• As a Diamond HubSpot Partner, we work with B2B clients across the DACH market, building the agent layer on top of HubSpot and the systems around it, then operating it together with our clients.
• Agentic means software that works toward goals instead of waiting for clicks, that's the shift we help our clients make, and it's also how we try to run things internally, in sales, delivery, and People & Culture.
• What we're always interested in We continuously look for people with experience in the following areas, even outside of specific open roles: HubSpot implementation, CRM architecture, and Marketing/Sales/Service Hub expertise AI agent development, automation, and agentic workflows Consulting, project leadership, and technical delivery in a B2B environment Sales and business development in the DACH market Finance, People & Culture, and internal operations If your background is in a different area and you still think you'd be a good fit, reach out anyway.
• What You Should Bring A sense of ownership, and an interest in shaping processes and structures rather than just executing them Experience that fits a growing, agentic consultancy, whether from consulting, a software company, or another industry Working proficiency in German and English What Happens Next We review open applications regularly, however in case of an open application, it can take some time.

Requirements

• Practical experience with All areas.
• Relevant academic or project background for a Unsolicited Application (all genders) role.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working on-site in Böblingen Headquater.
