• Job Overview We are looking for a high-energy HR Executive (Bulk/Field Recruitment Specialist) to lead high-volume recruitment for field sales executives, team leaders, and feet-on-street (FOS) roles across multiple cities.
• You will be responsible for building a robust talent pipeline, driving high-volume hiring drives, and maintaining aggressive turnaround times (TAT) to meet client deployment deadlines.
• Key Responsibilities: High-Volume Field Sales Recruitment (80% Focus) Manage the complete high-volume sourcing and hiring cycle for Field Sales Officers (FSO), BDEs, Store Promoters, and Feet-on-Street (FOS) teams across Tier 1, 2, and 3 cities.
• Plan and execute walk-in drives, regional hiring camps, and local sourcing initiatives to fill bulk openings on tight deadlines.
• Utilize local job portals, WorkIndia, Apna, LinkedIn, local consultancy networks, and field referral drives to maximize candidate reach.
• Screen, conduct initial phone/video interviews, and assess candidates on field readiness, local market knowledge, and sales drive.
• Pipeline talent continuously to manage field sales attrition and immediate replacement requests.

Requirements

• Practical experience with Go.
• Experience level: 1-3 yrs.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working on-site in online.
