• Onboard new clients, guiding them through the services and processes of the center.
• Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback with empathy and professionalism.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve service delivery.

Requirements

• Practical experience with Go, Rust, RAG.
• Relevant academic or project background for a Customer Success Associate role.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working on-site in online.
