Planning Engineer

Overview

Responsibilities: Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly progress against the baseline schedule and highlight potential delays. Prepare look-ahead schedules, progress dashboards, and management information system (MIS) reports. Collaborate with site execution and billing teams to track resource utilization and material procurement alignment. Requirements: Expertise in MS Project (MSP) and/or Primavera

What you'll do

• Responsibilities: Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly progress against the baseline schedule and highlight potential delays.
• Prepare look-ahead schedules, progress dashboards, and management information system (MIS) reports.
• Collaborate with site execution and billing teams to track resource utilization and material procurement alignment.
• Requirements: Expertise in MS Project (MSP) and/or Primavera P6.
• Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to bottleneck identification.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate between site teams and management.

Requirements

• Practical experience with Problem solving, Collaboration, Communication.
• Relevant academic or project background for a Planning Engineer role.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working on-site in online.
