• Responsibilities Lead and motivate a team of tele sales representatives to achieve sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.
• Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and conduct regular training sessions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
• Prepare and present sales reports to management.
• Requirements 2-3 years of experience in tele sales, preferably within the BFSI industry.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a sales team.

Requirements

• Practical experience with Go, RAG, Scala.
• Experience level: 2-3 yrs.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working on-site in online.
