What you'll do

• You’ll help us build and integrate Vercel-powered tools that replace legacy busywork with something genuinely fast and modern.
• If you get excited about composable HR tech and shipping tools people actually want to use, this is that role.
• You’ll also own and evolve our core Workday integrations, partnering closely with People, Finance, IT, and Engineering stakeholders to keep our HR systems reliable, secure, and scalable..
• This role blends hands-on integration work with real functional fluency in People Operations, you’ll need to understand not just how data moves between systems, but why our stakeholders need it to move that way.
• You will report to the Director of People Operations, Infrastructure & Services and will be located in one of our hub locations (San Francisco, New York, or Austin).
• What You Will Do: Help us build the future -- build and integrate Vercel-powered internal People tools that will define how this team works, and support our push towards a headless HR tech stack Build, maintain, and troubleshoot Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors/Cloud Connect, Workday Studio, APIs) that support key People Operations and Finance workflows.
• Partner directly with People Operations, Finance, IT, and Engineering stakeholders to understand process requirements and translate them into reliable, well-documented integration solutions.
• Develop working knowledge of core People Operations processes, like hire-to-retire, compensation, benefits, and org management, to inform sound integration and system design decisions.

Requirements

• Practical experience with Next.js, Go, Rust, RAG.
• Experience level: 4+ yrs.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working on-site in Hybrid - San Francisco, New York City, Austin.
