• Wecofy is hiring for Content Distribution & Social Media Manager About the Company Wecofy is seeking a highly organized Content Distribution & Social Media Manager to spearhead the distribution of short-form content across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts for various international creator brands.
• This role is pivotal in growing and maintaining client accounts through strategic publishing, community engagement, account warm-up, performance tracking, and day-to-day social media operations.
• You will collaborate closely with our Video Editor and Client Success team to ensure consistent, high-quality execution across all platforms.
• Responsibilities Content Distribution: Publish and schedule videos across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
• Maintain daily publishing schedules without delays.
• Optimize publishing times based on audience activity.
• Ensure platform-specific formatting before publishing.
• Organize and manage content libraries.
• Content Optimization: Write engaging captions optimized for each platform.
• Research and implement relevant hashtags.

Requirements

• Practical experience with Go.
• Experience level: 1-3 yrs.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working on-site in online.
