What you'll do

• Wecofy is hiring for Short Form Video Editor About the Company Wecofy is seeking a highly creative Short Form Video Editor to transform long-form content such as podcasts, interviews, webinars, and YouTube videos into engaging, high-retention short-form content for platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
• You will be instrumental in maximizing audience retention, engagement, and watch time across client brands, maintaining a consistent and professional editing style.
• Responsibilities Edit 6+ short-form videos daily from various long-form content sources.
• Develop captivating hooks within the first 3 seconds of each video.
• Implement animated captions with precise timing.
• Incorporate appropriate transitions, zooms, B-roll, emojis, graphics, and sound effects.
• Ensure platform-specific formatting for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
• Adhere strictly to brand guidelines and editing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Meet daily deadlines while upholding high-quality video production standards.
• Collaborate closely with the Social Media Manager and Client Success team.

Requirements

• Practical experience with Go, Figma.
• Experience level: 1-3 yrs.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working on-site in online.
