What you'll do

• We connect to the systems companies already run (ERP exports, CRM data, spreadsheets, internal databases) and put agents on top, so operators get reliable answers without hiring a data team.
• Founded by Marvin and Leopold, both x-Palantir.
• YC S24, backed by Oxford Seed Fund and Sequoia Scout.
• Customers in manufacturing, agriculture and aviation.
• $1M+ ARR in year one.
• Small team, one room in Munich, regular offsites in San Francisco.
• What This Role Is We have revenue, customers and a product that works.
• What we do not have is a brand that carries that story for us.
• Most customers and hires still come from outbound.

Requirements

• Practical experience with Growth.
• Experience level: 1-3 yrs.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working on-site in Munich.
