• You will assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for various technology roles while learning modern recruitment strategies.
• Responsibilities Assist the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing and shortlisting candidates for various technology roles.
• Source and screen candidates through job portals to match technical skill requirements.
• Assist in creating and posting job descriptions across platforms.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
