• Event Volunteering Experience: Prior experience in organizing or volunteering for college events, fests, or webinars.
• Dedication & Ownership: Strong work ethic, reliability, and readiness to take initiative.
• Crowd & Virtual Event Handling: Familiarity with managing online tools (Zoom, Google Meet, Discord) and handling live audiences.
• Preferred Qualifications Currently enrolled in the 1st or 2nd year of any degree program (B.Tech, BCA, B.Sc, B.Com, B.BA, etc.).
